Q&A: Do you find this to be true as well about people and writing/speaking skills?

Question:
It seems to me that usually, people who are extremely charismatic and use their words well when they speak are not usually as good with writing. On the other hand, people who are very advanced and descriptive in their writing skills are usually not as charismatic and have more trouble saying what they're trying to say. I have found this to be true in general, but not in everyone. What do you think?

As a 11th Grader, It's definitely true for me. I write essays which get 5 out of 6, and when it comes to class presentation I have to remind myself that how i sound when i speak. But i think it's only true for me when i am speaking english. I guess i am pretty good in my native language.
